About me

I am a working mom navigating through a fast-paced and hectic life, filled with endless distractions and responsibilities. There came a point where everything was just too much — the clutter at home, the clutter in my head, work, and personal tasks. Life felt overwhelmingly on autopilot, marked by a constant rush from one task to another, barely noticing as weeks flew by. In 2023, I started writing a blog about finding ways to live more slowly and intentionally. Through my blog, Slow Living Art, I share tips and practices on how to slow down, become more mindful, focus on what really matters, and make wellbeing a priority. The blog explores these ideas and more, promoting a simpler, slower, and more minimalist lifestyle that leads to more clarity and happiness. This approach is all about living true to your core values, and savoring and appreciating the small moments in life.
