Start the 21 Day Wellbeing Challenge with simple and basic practices. Remember that drinking water is very important aspect of maintaining good health energy and well-being.

Here are some benefits that drinking water:

  • decrease fatigue and tiredness
  • carrying nutrients and oxygen to your cells
  • flushing bacteria from your bladder
  • aiding digestion
  • preventing constipation
  • normalizing blood pressure
  • cushioning joints
  • protecting organs and tissues
  • regulating body temperature
  • maintaining electrolyte (sodium) balance.

Health experts commonly recommend eight 8-ounce glasses, which equals about 2 liters, or half a gallon a day. This is called the 8×8 rule and is very easy to remember.

You can remember to drink water by always carrying a water bottle with you or setting reminders to drink water.
